The luxury house “La casa piccola” is located in the Old Town of Chania in the historic neighborhood of Splantzia, only 200 meters from the old Venetian port and 300 meters from the central market of the modern city. It is a two story building, 46m2, that was destroyed during the bombings of the Second World War and was renovated in 2016 with respect to the architectural style as well as the character of the surrounding area.
Γειά σας! Είμαι η Λία Παυλουδάκη. Έχω σπουδάσει Ειδικός Τουριστικών Υπηρεσιών και Τροφοδοσίας (Hotel Services and Catering) και Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων και Οργανισμών (Business Administration DEO). Από το 1997 εργάζομαι στο χώρο του τουρισμού. Το 2017 αποφασίσαμε με το σύζυγό μου να παρέχουμε τη δική μας εκδοχή της φημισμένης κρητικής φιλοξενίας. Έτσι, ανακαινίσαμε δύο κατοικίες που ανήκουν στην οικογένειά μας και τις προσφέρουμε σε εκλεκτούς επισκέπτες. Η αγάπη που έχουμε για τα ταξίδια, τις περιηγήσεις και τη γαστρονομία αποτελεί το μεγαλύτερο κίνητρο για εμάς ώστε να μετατρέψουμε την διαμονή στους χώρους μας σε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία.
La casa piccola is just 50 meters from Splantzia Square, where the Church of St. Nickolas can be found along with and its imposing minaret which was built during the period of Ottoman rule. The Venetian port is walking distance away. The port is the centre of entertainment for the city of Chania, with dozens of cafes,taverns,and restaurants spreading out along the waterfront.
