Cottages in Nea Moudania

It’s very close to the sea 10 min walk and so easy to move to the city and the different beaches by car

The place was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect and the place was very clean.

The location is right across the sea, the appartment is spacios, with a huge balcony directed towards the sea; we have find anything we needed within the appartment. Parking space is provided at the property. Is closely situated to the center of Nea Moudania and the taverns - 10 min walk. Great thanks to Effie for a her availability and kindness.

Great place to stay! The owners Tasos and Eleni are very polite. Tasos has welcomed us gave us the keys and provide us with all the essential information about the location of the closest beaches and supemarkets. The house has direct access to the main road and at the same time provides privacy. Very clean and cozy and has everything needed for a longer stay! We loved to drink our coffee on the terrace from which you have a view to the sea. The garden is also amazing, full of olive trees and oleander. There is a nice wild beach 300 m away. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend!

The hosts were-greatest people I have ever meet any time I've been in Greece and we travel a lot there.Spacious living room,clean space,the terase was 100m2 on roof top. What ever I need it I could't just call the jost znd they areange it in no time. Just booked another stay in the same place for next week eith a friends.

The house was very comfortable and properly equipped. Everything we needed was there The pool was clean and of good size. The beach is not the nicest but it is rather private and there were never more than 20 people in 500m radius. It is also close by. Owners were nice and forthcoming. All in all, it was very relaxing.

The villa’s location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to a lovely small beach. The owners thoughtfully provided everything we needed for the beach, including a parasol and chairs. The villa itself is brand new (built in 2024) and very well equipped. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has an AC unit, which was a huge plus. The spacious terrace has a large dining table that easily seats 10–12 people, and the private pool was fantastic. We were initially worried the water might be too cold in early July, but it was pleasantly warm — around 30°C, I’d guess. A staff member cleaned the pool every evening, which kept it pristine. The area around the pool, the sun loungers, and the grass lawn were all well maintained and very comfortable. The villa has everything you could need: the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, various spices, and more than 20 capsules for the Nespresso machine, plus all the cookware and utensils you might want. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and even the bathrobes smelled wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and attentive — they even gave us a heads-up about strong winds overnight, which was much appreciated. Overall, this is a fantastic place that we highly recommend and would love to return to!
