Wonderful garden and location. Yes, it's not close to the beach, but you're in the middle of the wild nature, and yet close to stores and communication. This gives you peace and quiet - that's what we liked very much. Also the house is very spacious and cool in the summer. We can't ignore the big patio and terrace. It's wonderful to have a chance to drink some beer in the hot summer days under the beautiful sky.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa on Thasos Island! It was the perfect peaceful getaway. The villa itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet retreat. It's a silent location that offers a break from the crowds. We loved the convenience of having a few good restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store all within a short walk. Just a heads-up, the villa is about 3 km from the beach, so having a car is highly recommended to get around and explore all that Thasos has to offer. The drive is easy and scenic, and it was great to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place after a day at the beach.

Let me tell you about this property! We loved absolutely everything about it! The garden is beautiful and provides needed shade in the middle of the day! The outside terrace is where we spent most of our time, The table is big and provides ample scape for dinner, games or simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful view! There is an extra little place where you can have your coffee in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view of Golden Beach and the mountain behind it! The outside kitchenette was a wonderful addition to the inside kitchen! We loved prepping our food out there! The house is clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay! We cooked most of our meals and we had everything we needed to do so! The bedroom is very spacious and provides enough space for storage! The AC units work amazingly! We turned them off every time we left the house and the cooled off the house so fast once we turned them on in the evening! The beds are super comfortable and when we needed an extra blanket the host provided it to us so fast! If I would be to make a suggestion (which will not change my rating, still a 10), I would say the property needs a washer. We stayed 9 days and I felt bad leaving dirty towels behind, because I could not wash them. A washer would definitely be a game changer! The beach is literally a 96 seconds drive with the car. It is about 8 minutes walk. We traveled with our 4 years old, so we took the car every day. Parking was so easy to find right by the beach entrance! Vasilis is an amazing host, took care of everything for us and was there to answer any questions! To say that we are in love with this place would be an understatement! We will definitely be back, as we consider Serenity Seaview the only place we would consider to rent in the future! Thank you Vasilis for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent location in the center of Theologos. Wonderful homes, fully equipped for a great vacation, with comfortable rooms, beautiful terraces and the kindest hosts.

This villa has absolutely everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location is great, and the setup is incredibly convenient. The host, Maria, was wonderful and made sure we felt right at home. A huge bonus was being able to get food delivered directly from her own restaurants—it was delicious and made our stay even easier! There was honestly nothing we didn't like. 10/10, we would definitely stay here again!

I had a delightful stay with my father and three children. The place is spotless and had everything we needed for very comfortable stay for four nights in early August. It’s a very close walk to a lovely beach, and several excellent restaurants are also in close walking distance. Appreciated the screens on the windows and the air conditioning, though there was a pleasant breeze in the late evening and we didn’t need a/c at night. Miro and Lana were very friendly and welcoming. Hope we can return sometime in the future!
