Lucia’s Home is a peaceful brand new 50-square-metre house in Skala Potamia. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies. Lucia’s Home can host up to 6 tenants, while Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, smart TV (with Netflix streaming and YouTube access), and a baby bed are provided for free. Access to the yard is secured through automatic door opening mechanism. There is a spacious parking area, and a playground is included to our facilities. The property is private and the facilities are not shared, meaning that privacy and full autonomy is secured for our guests. Lucia’s Home is at close distance and easily accessed from the Port of Limenas (15 min by car). Apart from serenity, our tenants can enjoy the view of spectacular natural sceneries with excellent aesthetic appeal, such as the mountain view of Ipsarion; the imposing mountain in the central island. Olive trees, arbour, peach tree, walnut and cherry tree are just a few of typical Greek plants, tenants can see in our spacious yard. Within this natural environment, there are quite a few jogging areas around the property.

Hi! I am at my early 30s and am Chemist and Economist. As I have completed my master and PhD in Edinburgh University in UK, I have experienced the benefits of a multicultural environment. Thus, I am trying to encourage as much as I can hosting people from everywhere. I do not only provide an accommodation, but I make it clear to my guests that if they need any local advice or there are any issues that I can accommodate, I expect them to contact me.

Lucia's Home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to two supermarkets and a petroleum station (1 min by car). It is just 5 min distance by car from the fabulous sandy blue bay of Golden Beach; one of the most famous beaches of Thassos. The crystal clear water, water sport facilities, organised beach bars and restaurants nearby create an attractive and welcoming environment for visitors. Other famous beaches such as Makryammos, Porto Vathy, Paradise, Aliki and Monastery of Archangel are close to Scala Potamia and easily accessed by car. In addition, the traditional settlements of Potamia and Panagia villages are at close distance, which provide a conventional view of our tradition and origin.
