Cottages in Omiš

Over the years, I rented a lot of villas, mostly from very friendly, supportive, understanding people - but Dario and his family are in a league of their own: I never met any landlord remotely as friendly as them. Thanks a lot to all of you, we appreciated your kindness a lot!

We stayed at La Perla Downtown Omis in August with our 1-year-old boy, and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment is perfectly located — just a few steps from the beach and right in the heart of downtown Omis, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. The terrace of a great restaurant is literally right outside! The host was incredibly friendly, we had all the necessities we needed for 2 weeks didn't need to buy toilet paper or dishwasher tablets which is a big plus. At the end of our stay they prepared a gift pack for us which is definitely going above and beyond and we really appreciated it. Everything inside is brand new, modern, and exceptionally well insulated — even though you're in the middle of the lively town, it’s very quiet inside. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is very well equipped — we cooked a lot and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend La Perla Downtown Omis to anyone visiting Omis. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 🌊☀️

It was very clean and there was everything you need.

The view is beautiful. The host nearby and so helpful. Home is rustic and everything you need. The outside table under a large tree in the shade with a breeze heavenly!

We have never been so reluctant to leave a place as we were this one. We stayed for three weeks and loved every minute of it. We had been worried because the photos made the apartment look small. It is, but there is a large sliding glass door to the outdoor patio, and we were able to keep it open most of the time, which made the place feel far more spacious and comfortable. Also, the hosts were incredibly nice and generous, giving us grapes and figs from their garden. It is a short (but steep) walk down to the beach, and we went for a swim nearly every day we were there. The bed was very comfortable.
