This small house has just been completely restored in a modern style adapted to modern living. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center with a great view of the city, the sea, the islands and the Cetina river that flows through the town of Omis. It is located in a quiet part of town, ideal for complete rest and enjoying the city-view terrace. On the terrace there is a just finished outdoor pool with an unforgettable view of the sea, the city and the islands. The pool is also equipped with a multicolored LED reflector, which is especially effective on beautiful summer nights. The pool also has a waterfall, set in the wall next to the pool and located at a height of 3 meters, from where the water falls into the pool itself. The waterfall is also equipped with LED lights, so at night the waterfall falls into the pool in beautiful colors. By the pool there is an outdoor shower, a terrace with sun loungers and a pergola / canopy that provides shade and protection from the sun. There is a table and chairs under the pergola.
