This is the best accommodation in Wicklow you can find! What a beautiful home that is extra spacious, warm and cosy. I stayed here with my partner, but it could easily accommodate 3 to 4 people with the second bedroom upstairs. There are 2 living rooms, which made it very nice for lounging around. I particularly loved the huge bath in the main bathroom. Bonus -- I've often found in Ireland that the bath runs out of hot water before it's full .. but there was plenty of hot water here. Also, we highly recommend visiting First Batch Bakery in Aughrim, which is about 10 minutes down the road from the house.

The garden path was a great way to get to the cottage. Very peaceful. Nice short walk into town. Homemade bread was absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean and tidy. Exactly what we needed.

We only stayed a night at the yellow heights country house after arriving in Dublin that morning, but it was a great place rest and recharge after a long flight. The beds were dreamy, lots of space and Maura the host was so welcoming!
