Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.

Location was excellent for visiting the Glendalough ruins which are right outside the door. Dinner was very good. Breakfast a little lacking. Desk staff and wait staff were great. Room was solid - no fans, so bring you own...room was warm in the summer (not hotel's fault!).

Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the common space sunroom and sitting area - our family played cards there when it was raining. Property is pretty and well maintained -- interesting to see palm trees in Ireland. Enjoyed the close proximity (walking distance) to Glendalough historic site, mountain setting, hiking trails and village restaurants. Informative and friendly host. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. Easy after-hours self check-in. Free parking.

The location was ideal for this portion of our trip in to Glendalough. Easy to find with ample parking in the lot behind the building. Quiet town and hotel. Restaurant on-site has a great menu, kind servers, and great decor and views.

Nice and comfy hostel, really closed to the Glendalough visitor centre. The female dormitory was big and clean: the hostel has a lot of space, you can find here large and clean kitchen and canteen. I was there for an excursion in the Wicklow mountains, I met a lot of trekkers like me.

Beautiful views of Wicklow Mountains from the property. Sharon was an incredible and welcoming host. Walking distance to Laragh stores and pubs. Great home base for exploring Glendalough and many unbelievable mountain drives. Clean, secure, cozy room. Comfortable bed, hot shower, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station.

This location is hard to beat! Next door to a fabulous restaurant. Across the street from a small convenience store for quick picnic supplies and 1 I'm from one of the most beautiful walks in Ireland, Glendalough. The large room was super comfortable and provided everything we needed. Erika at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. So glad we stayed here!

This is a quaint hotel in a very small town - great location to visit the Wicklow Mountains National Park and Glendalough. Staff were super friendly! Room was dated but large, clean and quite comfortable. We ate in the pub both evenings - delicious food, great service, lively atmosphere!
