Had a very good stay in the villa. Felt like home. Surrounded by trees, has a big backyard where you can chill, relax, kids can play. Owner Sooraj n his sister were really helpful. Whenever we asked for something they turned up without even seeing the time. Just 3 mins away from Sulthan bathery. Would really recommend everyone to stay here.

We were a group of seven (six adults and one child) who recently spent two nights at **Tall Trees**, and it was a truly wonderful experience. If you're looking for a tranquil spot to relax and immerse yourself in nature, this is the place. The cottage—**not a resort**, just to clarify—is nestled on a serene 2-acre property filled with, as the name suggests, tall trees :-) It’s located right on the edge of the forest, in a quiet village near Sultan Bathery, Wayanad. It’s a 2 BHK home but can comfortably accommodate larger groups if you're okay with using extra mattresses, which worked perfectly for us. Both the interiors and the surrounding grounds are very well maintained. The bathrooms were spotless, and the bedrooms were clean and well appointed. A standout feature is the large verandah, where we spent most of our time enjoying the lush greenery and soothing rainfall. Other thoughtful amenities included reliable electricity backup (inverter), good Wi-Fi (indoors), and hot water. There’s also an on-site cook who can prepare authentic Kerala-style meals—just be sure to inform them in advance. A special mention must go to the host, Manju. Though not physically present, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She checked in on us frequently, coordinated with the local staff (who mainly speak Malayalam), and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions. It was clear how much she genuinely cared about our experience. **Highly recommended** for anyone seeking a peaceful forest getaway.

The property is situated in a prime location, making it very convenient to access nearby attractions, markets, and eateries. The entire space was clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically decorated with lovely plants and ambient lights, adding a cozy and refreshing touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the washrooms were spotless, which really enhanced our overall comfort. A special mention goes to the beautiful terrace – it had proper sitting arrangements and was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. This property is definitely a must-visit again for us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Can’t wait to return!

We expected for a good cozy stay with my family and really got it . Mr Santosh is a very good host , he treated us like his family member. Every time food is served he was present till we finished our food . Home made good tasty food . I personally recommend this place out of out. Thanks Mr Santosh.🙏

Budget friendly Farmhouse with good accommodation, Rooms were clean and hot water facility available, Mr. Bijuzen so kind and humble, Farm's night and morning view was too good.
