It felt very private, quiet, clean. Loved the quaint size of the space, very comfortable for my partner and I. Loved that the property was a fully functioning living farm, close to Akureyri. We loved the horses! And the trees! And the aurora/viewing deck! :)

The old farmhouse was quaint and delightful! I enjoyed the hot tub and a nice sauna as well. The farmhouse is quite well equipped with Bluetooth audio a full kitchen, kettle and coffee maker. My stay was very comfortable. I would book again 100%! I must also share that the communication from the owner Barnji was fantastic. He is an engaging fellow and I regret that I didn’t have more time to chat before my scheduled whale watch on departure day.

Location is really good, overlooking the sea and snow covered hills. Rooms and washrooms were amazing.
