The house is wonderful! Perfectly clean and located in a very relaxing neighborhood above Varenna right next to the castle.

Great location just 10 minutes driving to Bellagio. The house was clean and Giuseppe was super nice hosting us and gave us all the info we needed to explore Bellagio. Highly recommended and will get back again.

The room was very spacious. The staff is very friendly, offering the possibility to leave the car in the property after the checkout while we were visiting around. The breakfast is amazing with fresh products.

Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Kitchen that you can use to eat and cook . Some supermarkets not far by walk. Nice restaurant in the village nearby or a bit further called trattoria della nonna. I slept in the dormitory and it was very quite. Beds are very comfortable. It’s a agriturismo where they make honey and cultivate vegetables. Very green lovely area.

Great location, close to bus stops, market, and places to grab a beverage ;). Great spot to get away from the tourist-heavy feel of Bellagio, you can even take the bus to explore the countryside and catch a bus up to Asso. The hosts are very responsive and excited to help. They made us feel welcome and equipped to have an amazing stay. They even left us a little treat. Would love to return to this quaint village with the help of amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house overlooking Lake Como. This cozy house has spectacular views, sensational breezes, and lavish amenities.

It was cozy, the view from the balcony and window was really beautiful. The kitchen had all the necessary things to make dinner. The host’s communication made getting to the property very easy.

The view was incredible. Apartment was perfectly located for a short walk into the town (albeit it wasn't flat). We will be back.

Rose Cottage is a beautifully renovated rural house. The living space is upstairs, and the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs (there is an upstairs toilet), making the most of its spectacular views across Lake Como. Unless you are a very keen and fit walker, you will need a smallish car. I suggest small, due to the narrow, hilly, and winding roads around the lake. It's a 10 minute drive to Bellagio, where parking can be challenging, so better seen by a ferry from a quieter lake town such as Onno, where it's easier to park. Rose Cottage has a secure garden, bbq, and 2 outdoor dining spaces. Our host, Rosy, was super helpful sending us information on local supermarkets, etc.. Rosy also left us water, wine, pasta, and sauce, which was helpful after a long day travelling. Rose Cottage is a wonderful place to stay, see the lake, and relax.

Great spacious place to accomodate 6-8 people. Fully equiped, extremely clean, good A/C and blackout shades. The host was welcoming and responded fast. We will be back for sure!
