Cottages in Locorotondo

Wonderful place. We were there with our two year old son. It was heaven for him with all the animals. All the staff were exceptionally nice. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, surrounded by fields of wheat and olive trees. We loved walking down their road after delicious dinners prepared by Giovannella. Each dish that she made at breakfast and dinner was amazing, fresh, and tasty with local ingredients. We loved everything about our long weekend, and plan to return!

We were a group of 12 celebrating a milestone birthday and our host Alessandro was in communication right from the start to help make everyday magical. He arranged breakfast and dinners with a local chef Daniele and staff. He also arranged a cooking class, Pizzica dance lesson with musicians and transportation to Matera and Monopoli! We had so much fun and everything was seamless. Alberobello and Locorotondo are short distances away accessible by car or bike. The property was incredible to explore with two houses connected by an olive grove and gravel paths. Although, we didn’t swim, the pool is gorgeous and nice to sit beside. There were many outdoor areas to soak in the sun or seek shade. The house manager, Ilaria, was fantastic! Overall, we felt very taken care of and would highly recommend staying here as your base to explore Puglia.

Beautiful property in great location.

In one word: "everything". 9 years of extensive travel this was hands down the best booking.com experience I've ever had. The reviews and the booking listing are grossly underrated. Everything here was simply perfect from the very absorbent bath towels all the amenities the spic and span clean rooms the location access to the city the list goes on and on. A pleasant relaxing stay complete with easy check-in and check out with a fabulous hostess. Driving throughout this region you get to see many trulli houses but to actually stay in one is phenomenal, what a true experience. With more than 300 night stays throughout Western Europe this location has stolen my heart and taking the number one stay of all places. I will return and this will be one of the places I stay for a full week as my home away from home for many day trips to the region. I was really fortunate to just happen upon this place and need a respite for a night.

The accommodation was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and the pool was great for relaxing. The location was perfect, with most of the attractions worth visiting just 15–30 minutes away by car. Beautiful beaches were also nearby, about 20 minutes away. It was a wonderful and very active holiday.

My cousin and me loved our stay at Par Tot! The hosts, Fati and Vince, made us feel very welcome in their home. They are such kind and warm-hearted people. We were happy with our room with original details, enjoyed Italian breakfasts with home made cake in the quiet garden, and got great advice on what to do and where to have dinner... We really enjoyed the 'good vibes', the beautiful place and the cats, of course.

It was wonderful experience staying in a trulli house that was extremely beautiful both the house and the surrounding area. Everywhere you look is picturesque. And the breakfast was superb, super nice staff with chef, full breakfast freshly pressed orange juice every morning and all you can have authentic italian coffee. Location wise it was perfect to see alborrobelo and Matera. Great restaurants in loco rotondo and martina franca and steak houses at reasonable prices.

All staff were very kind and attentive, free access to walk around the property. Breakfast with local produces ingredients was amazing! And knowing that part of it is the own staff that harvest makes it more special.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at trulli di Nonno Battista in Locorotondo. The entire place feels brand new—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. The host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and incredibly professional. The location is perfect, just a 7-minute walk to the old town, and having private parking for the car made everything very easy. The trulli were built only a few years ago, but their condition is impeccable—you won’t find a single scratch on the walls or any signs of wear. Everything is thoughtfully organized and extremely well maintained. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Italy.
