Such an amazing view!! Annalisa sent us so much information and was very responsive to questions. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The perfect location for our big family!! The views, the food, the entire experience was amazing! The host was so accommodating and whatever we needed, she provided with a smile and went above and beyond for us. Helped coordinate private boat tour with amazing people as well! We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best villa we had stayed during our vacations. Great view and clean well equipped house. Pool and lawns was also great. It was still cold when we stayed in early april, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors and balconies. We purchased dinner one night. Great dinner and the chilled Tiramisu was once the best we have had!

Beautiful views, great location, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of sun bathing chairs, clean pool. The concierge, Giada, is very helpful with organizing transportation, making reservations and suggestions on local activities. She is very attentive and made our stay stress free. Highly recommend!

Loved the breathtaking view from the balcony, the kind of place that makes you feel connected to nature: it's a farm with so much greenery, a lovely dog, cute cats, cows, chicken, fresh fruits and so much more! I would say that the staff was so genuinely nice to us. There's an outstanding seaside crater to swim and snorkel called Bagni Regina Giovanna in 2km walking from the hotel.

We recently stayed in Sea Breeze Residence, this Hotel was absolutely beautiful, we had the best time here, the staff were all so kind, friendly, helpful and generous, and Pasquale even ran when he seen us arriving to help carry our luggage right to our room. The girls in the reception were all so beautiful, and also the girl in our breakfast room every morning was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and it was made fresh daily and the variety was outstanding, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the location was breath taking with water views, we even met the local dog Ciccio, it was a perfect choice and a beautiful location !!!!

Pretty much everything! Joseph and Tatiana (husband and wife) were excellent hosts. Felt like they were welcoming us into their home. The entire staff was extremely pleasant. Private tour of the farm and the on site small manufacturing facility was extremely interesting. Removed from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento though just a 15 minute ride away. Very quiet and on the property of an old Fransican Monastery with a beautiful church. You will not be dissapointed!

Spectacular location nestled between lemon groves and little hiking trails. Secluded away from the hustle of the town. This place is a dream and Sabato is the best.

Everything was clean! The place is comfortable and the host makes you feel at home! The food is amazing and you really enjoy the Italian coast life at this place. It is a real treat, away from the hectic streets in this busy part of Italy.

Beautiful property! Viviana outdid herself. She helped us and went above and beyond. She scheduled our taxis, our private car tour, everything! We were there during the “off season” so it was peaceful and quiet. It isn’t walking distance to any amenities but that’s also the beauty of it. Our private driver, Luigi, took us on an 8-hour tour of Positano, Ravello, and the Amalfi coast. Hands down the best part of our trip!

The location of this property in the heart of Termini was wonderful. So quiet, and many areas accessible. We had a car, that we parked up near the square in the allocated space rather than managing the narrow and steep entrance to the property. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. It had all we needed for our stay, which included cooking dinner and watching the sunset with Capri in sight. The hosts, Fely and Umberto and family were amazing. You could not wish for anyone better. So attentive, but also we felt very private. We love walking/hiking, and the opportunities right on our doorstep were perfect. Plenty of hills with rewards at the end.

If you have a car the place is amazing, the view from balcony breathtaking, especially in the morning when you want to enjoy your first coffee. The house is clean, tide, Host very helpfull and oriented in customer service. We enjoyed our days in this property😊

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve had our whole trip. The view from the villa is stunning as you get to wake and have your coffee looking across the water on the villa’s very spacious grounds. You get access to the full villa so it really feels like you get to understand what it’s like living here. There is Air Conditioning in every room so it would a comfortable stay even in the hottest months. Our host, Manola, was also one of the highlights of our trip. She was extremely responsive, picked us up from the train station and was willing to drive us around if we needed. She gave us a ton of great recommendations on the best sights, where to eat and how to get around. She really made travelling in and around Sorrento so much easier for us. She’s also very well connected with the locals, so if you need anything, she’ll personally get you connected with the right person. We can’t say enough good things about the Villa, this really was one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed while travelling.

Your own private little house with great parking, and a kitchen. Easy 5 minute walk to town and a good restaurant a few yards.away. Francesca, the hostess does anything to help. She even brought.us fresh grapes, tomatoes and basil from her garden, made coffee and even spaghetti for lunch one day. We were.here to scuba dive and she let us use the hose and garden area to clean our.gear. It was only an easy 20 minute drive to Sorrento.
