The ground floor offers five Standard Apartments and an outdoor area with 15 seats at tables, chairs, and sofas for relaxing. Private parking with marked spaces is available outside on the basement level for an extra charge. The property is 200 m from the SitaSud bus station, 50 m from La Macina restaurant, 3.5 km from Marina del Cantone beach, and 5.5 km from Conad supermarket. Security cameras are present.
