Everything about this place is wonderful. Location, it's just 8 min by car to Otranto, and 4 min to the nearest beach. Plenty of parking at the property. Excellent breakfast served everyday by the Vitorio at your room with eggs made to order, cold cuts, fresh croissant and pasticciotti, and of corse the delicious italian coffee. The surroundings are great for relaxing and beautiful views. Vitorio and his family are the best hosts.

The property was clean and close to the beach. Breakfasts were some of the best we have ever had and the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were good and clean. Also we had free shuttle service to the beach which was great.

Every positive thing said about this place is true, the hospitality is amazing, the breakfast with so many local, homemade dishes is divine, the property is peaceful and tranquil, there’s a giant mulberry tree in June which produces an bounty of mulberries to snack on, the rooms are clean, well decorated and equipped, there’s are plenty of places to lounge in the sun or shade. Look no further for a place to stay in Otranto, this is your place :)

Lovely family run hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and grounds, close to the amenities of delightful Otranto and the Alimini beach clubs. A car is a must. With two young children we were unable to eat late in the restaurant but reception organized room service. The food was excellent.
