The apartment has all the necessities, even some extras like coffee and breakfast foods. I also appreciate the shampoo and conditioner. It is clean and has enough room for everyone to spread out. The location is perfect, it is tucked into the historic center of town but not too far away, nice when you have to carry luggage for a family of five. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to hike the “Tour of the Vie Cave”. There are plenty of restaurants in less than a minute walk.

Staff was extremely kind and attentive. This was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was so clean you could eat oof the floor. Breakfast was fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our family. Tried cooking class had a great time. Both host and her mother were fantastic especially in helping us with our young children. Cannot say enough positive things.

A wonderful stay – Mauro is an incredible host! We stayed here in May 2026 for two nights. The house has been recently remodeled and is beautiful, clean, and located just an easy 500-meter walk from the town center of Pitigliano. What really sets this place apart is our host, Mauro. He is hands-down one of the most considerate and caring host we have ever experienced. He thought of everything—from cooking essentials to daily necessities, everything provided was of good quality and incredibly complete. Mauro's extra effort and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here!
