Amazing ! Everyone is so welcoming.

We were met at the location, very friendly help. The little house came with the garden, perfect place to have an early morning breakfast. Walking distance to most of Ragusa Ibla restaurants. Walking distance to a good view for Ragusa Ibla. Next the apartment, there is Antico Mercato - wonderful place for a coffee and food. One of the best stays during our trip to Sicilia.

Charming 17th century walled compound in the countryside outside Ragusa. Very quiet and comfortable with exterior gate and easy parking. Charming hosts provided excellent local recommendations. Only 10 min drive to Ibla Ragusa. Our host made homemade Sicilian breakfast each morning….freshest ricotta cheese we have ever tasted. Highly recommend. Want to stay here again!

Everything was great! First of all, the location is probably the best out of whole Ragusa Ibla - is literally on the toppest top! The property is very nice, beautiful, full of essential amenities and so on. Will definitely come back!

This is a gorgeous, peaceful property with views that go on forever. Our family of 5 adults and 1 baby stayed for 4 nights in June 2026. Parking is on the property. The location is an easy drive into the old towns of Ragusa Ibla and Modica, and about a 10 minute drive into town where we bought our groceries and very good take-out pizza from Pomodoro e Basílico. One evening we barbecued a chicken dinner on the patio as we watched the sun set. We had two beautiful rooms - Belvedere and Massuro. The rooms were large and airy and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are also large and very clean. It was very helpful to be able to use the shared washing machine before moving on to our next destination. We enjoyed our coffee on one of the many patio areas each morning, and stargazed at night. The hosts are generous and very kind and helpful. It was lovely to learn the history of the property that has been in their family for generations. The whole experience here was magical and the highlight of our three week trip to Sicily. Many, many thanks to Rita for her kindness and excellent communication.

A great location to explore the fabulous Ragusa. We were greeted kindly by Giorgio who directed us where to park the car. We had continuous communication with Giorgio and Francesco. And in the apartment... It was as if we were teleported to baroque times. The apartment is in an old palace with 18th century frescoes on the walls and ceilings, which is an architectural heritage. What can I say... fascinating and extremely impressive. Perfect harmony between original baroque ornaments and furniture, and modern high-quality comfort. And Francesco took us out of his time in Modica to show us the oldest chocolate workshop. And he took us around a private palace which was a very exciting and gorgeous experience. Thank you Francesco and Giorgio!

The view , peaceful simple accommodation that suited our group perfectly. And owner is very nice and helpful and went out of his way to help us when we forgot some belongings behind. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect! Great location! They had everything in the apartment, even fruits and yogurt. The place is quit big and very clean!The owner was very friendly and helpful, they even let us check-in early cuz we didn’t want to leave our luggage in car!

Papalei La Maison was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm and genuine welcome. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, very well maintained, and full of charm. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see, and really made an effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. You can clearly see how much love, care, and attention they put into both their guests and the property, it creates such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We immediately felt at home. And their puppy is the cutest! Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, with freshly homemade dishes and pastries that were delicious every single day. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, far away from busy tourist areas and noise, making it perfect for relaxing and switching off. We stayed in a pool-view room for a week, which was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. It had everything we needed, including a closet and a clean, spacious bathroom. We also really appreciated the daily fresh towels and bathrobes and the small treats that were provided, it’s those little details that make a difference. Overall, we honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect and absolutely worth the price. Waking up to such a beautiful view every morning just made the whole experience feel like paradise.
