We found this modern and impeccably maintained villa very homely and comfortable. Although we stayed only one night, we think this would be a perfect place for a longer family vacation. We loved the design of the villa with sea views, and the plunge pool was perfect to unwind after a day at the beach. Pehembiya beach that's a minute or two away is stunning, clean, calm enough to swim, surrounded by schools of fish, seabirds etc. There are also some wonderful restaurants close by, including the legendary Smoke and Bitters, that's a few minutes walk down the road

The owner made sure we were really well taken care of from the moment we arrived, he even prepared a fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast for us on arrival. The property itself is really well laid out and brand new. Its an ideal little holiday villa with three rooms and a little kitchen. Highly recommended!

Great location, 1-2 minutes from the main road of dikwella and still very quiet and private, we slept like babies. Food was amazing and the rooms are huge and super clean. Very nice outside area with a cute garden to chill in the evening. Perfect for 2 couples or families at a really fair price. Highly recommend.

The family that runs this place is incredibly kind and caring. The house is brand new and well maintained and I personally loved the location. It's in a local neighborhood and super quiet. Having a scooter here will be beneficial although you can still easily walk to the beach in 15 mins or so. Wifi and electricity are mostly stable and I was able to work remotely from here with little issues, which is not the case in most of Hiri.
