Villa abuts the ocean; you wake up to the sound of crashing waves right outside. Private swimming pool offers refreshing reprieve from the hot days, and romantic hangout on evenings. In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

The trip to Sabah is very pleasant, a three-story villa, clean and tidy, simple and cozy, and there is a special children's entertainment area, which the little ones especially like. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the host Caroline, it is even better than I imagined, the equipment is very complete, nothing is missing, the environment is very good. The reminder before departure is in place, and the attention after check-in is also very meticulous. Due to our special itinerary, we need to store luggage and change clothes on the day of our special trip, and the landlord has given the greatest convenience. In addition, the "Blue Sky Tour" recommended by the host Caroline, the tour guide and driver are like family, the services are also very well served, and the recommended local food is also very affordable.We had a great time coming out and left us a very nice memory, highly recommended to every friend who has a planned trip to Sabah. Thank you to the owner Caroline !I wish you peace, happiness and well-being as well!

3 storey huge comfy house to fix all my 13paxs family members. The house was clean and tidy, a complete facility with all the necessities, an auto mahjong table also brings a lot of joy for my family. The owner was also a super responsive and helpful person, i was a forgetful person and left my things in the fridge and I contacted the owner to help me keep and collect them later. Owner still offers to help send the items but I don't feel good to trouble him since it is my own mistake so I arranged a grab express! Overall me and my family have a happy stay with Jiale homestay:)
