Meike and Jan were lovely hosts, very friendly. The chalet was a perfectly equipped base for us to travel around Limburg and visit family and friends. The sunsets from the bottom of the garden were stunning. The garden is like a nature reserve with a kestrel, dragonflies, many little birds and a couple of frogs in the pond, which are all kept company by some quirky little statues. We loved it so much we have booked to go back next September.

The apartment is amazing with everything we needed as a family of 4. We would have liked to stay longer. The area is very quiet and off-road parking feels very safe. We would visit again and highly recommend to others.

It was very cosy with nice privacy. The only log cabin I believe in the park. There was no wifi but the owner has assured me that it is now in place. My only recommendation would be an extra fan or a portable AC as it was very hot during our stay and we couldn’t leave the doors open as the bugs would come in. Having the SPAR supermarket on site was very handy.
