The private little garden was delightful. The pool was a welcome bonus after a long travel day. Lynley was a perfect host, very welcoming and informative.

Tucked in the back of nature

Nearby four square was pretty reasonably priced and the nearby park was flash the kids loved it!
Hobbit home was a favorite as it was close enough to let our teen sleep in there

Everything was above our expectations from Jans booking communication to driving in the property, key access, to walking in the cottage like a big massive wow!! Beautiful fresh and clean everything smelling so good. Spacious for the 5 of us. Beautiful kitchen, beautiful big bathroom beautiful rooms beautiful lounge. Beautiful farm land, beds were so comfortable linen smelt great better than any other place we have stayed. Having a washing machine a dryer made it alot easier since I do water sport. Aircon was a life saver in this hot weather. Private enough for us to celebrate my bday & wakaama event just chill and enjoy some cold beers/bbq on the deck and enjoy the beautiful nature, enough grass area to do exercise and runaround.
EVERYTHING was perfect we had everything we needed. Big Bonus we got to use the main house pool which was perfect on a hot day. Our son loved the sofa bed so comfortable, he reckons we should get one for home haa! The view of the farm is truly amazing and so peaceful. This place is just the best!
Definitely 200 percent we will return.

Serene and peaceful setting, listening to the Tui, Ruru and other Manu in the mornings. It's very grounding getting back to nature away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect pressure in the shower appreciated returning to a cosy warm cottage each night. The bounty of breakfast food provided was a bonus. Would stay again.

The house was very beautiful and clean. Nice cozy house with beautiful views and ample amount of space. Very warm and inviting home. Owners were accommodating and gave us our space. Rooms were beautiful and the set up of the home was perfect.

The cottage is beautifully furnished and super comfortable. There is a heatpump so it stays warm in winter and a lovely deck out the front to enjoy the afternoon sun. The bed was very comfortable and the electric blanket was great for warming the bed before hopping in.

The pastries with breakfast were a lovely touch, as was the fresh milk and jam. The cottage itself was really cosy and the surrounding garden and duck pond were beautiful. Our host was really lovely and helpful when we had some trouble with the WiFi

The breakfast food was amazing & plentiful with cereal, yogurt, milk, bread, spreads, juice, coffee & tea. Beautifully presented in a basket & fridge upon arrival. We were greeted by the hostess & she was very friendly & helpful. My parents & I found the cottage very homely, well presented, & has all the extra items, utensils & products provided. Thank you for the beautiful stay at your cottage. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay, we spent two days riding the Te Awa River Trail with our kids 8 and 5 years old. This house was right at the half way point, we packed our tooth brushes and PJs and everything else we needed for an exceptionally comfortable and cozy night stay (even on a chilly autumn’s night!) was provided. Filled our tummies with the yummy breakfast provided and then set off riding again!
