Everything was great! The place is gorgeous, the farm is really beautiful, the room had everything, even freshly baked cookies and home made jams as part of the included breakfast! They even had a little cute lamb on the farm that really wanted to play with us, it was adorable!

This place is a little gem. It's located in a suburban street but is well back from the street. It has enormous charm and the place has been tastefully decorated and is comfortable and warm. The beds are perfect and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine. You can accommodate 6 people but 2 will be upstairs in a loft type bedroom. You can park inside the yard and walk directly up the front steps to the door. There is a front porch where we had a drink and nibbles and imagined being the occupants back in the 40's. Charming and a perfect place to stay.

Lovely friendly hosts that communicated well and provided us with excellent driving instructions to find the location. We loved that the Loft was warm and cozy and had all the comforts we needed while away from home. We were touched by the home made brownie snack left in the kitchen for us. We felt very welcomed on the farm and enjoyed our short stay very much.

Very atmospheric old cottage just off the highway, with a relaxed atmosphere. Roomy accommodation with great reclining chairs. Ate up at Waitomo at the TOMO eatery- very good. Would have been a great base to explore the rest of the area if time permitted. Hosts kindly offered to post on a lost penguin- thanks.

The property is perfectly located 10 min by car from the Waitomo Glowworm. The communication with the host is extremely smooth. We were also very positively surprised by the food in the fridge, which saved us a trip to a supermarket and a trip to a cafe in the morning for breakfast. Really appreciate it as we are traveling with a young child and this helped a lot!

The place is an exceptionally clean and is a perfect little escape. Excepionl views over looking the valley below. The cows added an extra special touch. To be able to sit outside and star gaze wS also very special.
