We loved everything about our stay at Casa do Governador. A very peaceful spot just a few minutes drive from Evora. The property is extensive with olive groves and vineyards to wander through. The pool was refreshing after a hot day touring Evora. We stayed in the main house and the room was large, beds comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful for our requests. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options and we had dinner one night that was delicious. Would highly recommend a stay at this gracious country home.

Dina and the staff were just so incredibly kind and welcoming! It was so wonderful getting a little tour of the place and meeting the animals before settling into our apartment for the evening. The space was perfect, a great escape in the middle of Portugal. The facilities were so impressive (pool! great shower with super hot water!). So sad we were only there for a night during a road trip, but would love to come back again one day and stay for a week! Don't hesitate on this accommodation! :)
