It is brand new, clean, cozy, with all amenities, love the loft! Free parking on the street, rare in Porto.

As I was the first guest to stay in the apartment, everything was brand new, clean, and well prepared. I really enjoyed my stay. The only suggestion I have is to prevent cars from parking directly in front of the windows, as it affects both privacy and the view. I kept the flowers outside to help with this, but I think it's something the host should address. Otherwise, everything was great.

The Porto Island is incredible. Everything was just perfect. Such a nice little house. Super equipped kitchen. Very, very clean. Everything we needed to have a good stay in Porto. Also good price for what you get.

Nice, well equipped apartment within the city of Porto. We arrived by car, and it was not difficult to find a parking on the street, free on the weekends. It is not noisy, as other clients have commented; there just a bar across the street that might gather people on Saturday night, but that was not a problem for us, either. There is a mini market right next door, also open on Sundays and a supermarket across the corner. For us it was the perfect place for a long weekend in Porto!

The property is very nice and very warm:the garden, the rooms, it is near the city center and in a safe neighbourhood. The hosts are very helpful and always sharing good tips.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. It was well stocked and the host was available as needed. It was walkable to all sites but far enough away from tourist area. Supermarket right up the street!

Very nice apartment. Clean and well appointed. Well prepared for guests (cold water waiting on the refrigeratorupon arrival. Large ice cubes in the freezer). Attentive host.

The accommodations were well appointed, with a personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The place was a home away from home, we felt like we were on vocation.

Some nice equipment. Great TV and nice firm mattress. A couple of little extras that make all the difference. It's a one room house so best for couples or room mates but very good location for walking into Porto.
