Very comfortable, updated, and spacious home. Well situated in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided the best nights rest on our trip from Minnesota. Within walking distance to the Iowa State fairgrounds and close to many other amenities. Hope to stay again.

It was clean and renovated and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there was towels included and soap and anything you need. There was also pans and coffee.

This rental is spacious. The mattresses on the two double beds are firm and comfortable. There is room to relax and there were two separate bedrooms, which was a draw for us. This duplex is a great value proposition and would work well for longer, residential stays. We brought a cooler of food from our refrigerator at home and were able to both dine in and dine out with flexibility.

Liked the house itself. The location was good for our needs. The cinema is cool. Snacks and coffee were enjoyed. Decor and furniture is nice.

Urbandale Ranch features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 13 miles of Hy-Vee Hall and 13 miles of Iowa Events Center.
