Very comfortable, updated, and spacious home. Well situated in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided the best nights rest on our trip from Minnesota. Within walking distance to the Iowa State fairgrounds and close to many other amenities. Hope to stay again.

The vacation home features both free Wifi and free private parking.

Everything was perfect. We loved that there was coffee and hot chocolate. Also perfect for having other family over for catching up. Loved the art and pictures as well made it very comfortable.

They thought of everything! There is a little baby stool to use with a fan up in loft. The heat/A/C worked excellent, there is a rug outside so your feet stay clean, there was sand for the kids, it was spotless, they had a lot of towels, the owner is extremely nice, the bed was great, super soft blanket, hot tub was excellent (its just for each cabin and private) it was so inviting w/ decor, a full size shower, and the water was right there for your enjoyment. We have stayed here twice now. It's so peaceful and private. What a great location and private getaway!!!

It was clean and renovated and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there was towels included and soap and anything you need. There was also pans and coffee.
