We had a wonderful stay. The fully fenced front and back yards were perfect for our dogs, and they loved having the space to run around and chase each other safely. The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Easy check in, excellent (and kind!) communication, home even better than pictured, thoughtful amenities, extremely comfortable furniture. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood but close to groceries, river, etc. So grateful for a rental I could afford that allowed me such a great visit with my family. Can't wait to go back!

We booked the house for our daughter's 2 day graduation from VCU instead of driving back and forth an hour. The house was a great size for our party of 6. It was a lovely touch to have 3 bath towels per sleeping spot. That you don't find very often. James kept in touch throughout the weekend and assured us that if there was anything we needed, he would take care of it.
