We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the unit was. It was such an excellent experience. If you’re looking to stay on Siesta Key and be within walking distance of everything, this is the spot. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart there for us to use. I highly recommend this accommodation… it was perfect!

I loved how close and easy it was to travel from this location to the beach. It also came with way more supplies than I was expecting and it was SO clean. I couldn’t love this property more. This was my second time flying to Florida for vacation and this was my absolute favorite property. It also has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner which is a win when flying from PA to Florida as you can not travel with these things. Book here!!!

The house is thoughtfully laid out, the kitchen has everything needed plus a lot of the basics. The appliances are new and beautiful. They even had some tea, coffee and condiments. The beds were super comfortable, the thermostat was responsive and easy to set. The pool is beautiful with the big screen enclosure. We only had three days which were too short. The location was very convenient for exploring Sarasota The owner was very responsive and helpful though the house was totally self-explanatory.

Dawn was very welcoming. The house is excellent, has every amenities you could think about and more. All for cooking, for exploring the city. Communication is smooth. I highly recommend this gem and that's 100% rare case when house exceeds expectations. 1000% better than any hotel or apartment.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Excellent location to enjoy Siesta Key and its beaches as well as the city of Sarasota. The two bedroom apartment was incredibly well appointed and very clean, with all and more than what we needed. The walk to Crescent Beach was only 20 minutes and enjoyable despite the walk along the side walk of busy Stickney Point Road.
