Host was very responsive, at the last minute we asked if we could check in early, he contacted the housecleaner and got right back to me confirming an early check in. The house is very clean & orderly. There was even coffee with creamer, tea & hot chocolate + instant oatmeal, breakfast bars. A large balcony for star gazing was a big bonus. It's literally 2 minutes to the Yosemite entrance, Tenaya Lodge is almost across the street with several restaurant options. Small creek we could hear running from the balcony, so serene.

I loved my stay at the Sierra Mountain Lodge for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Waking up to fresh mountain air and scenic views made it easy to relax and unwind. The lodge felt cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable room that made it feel like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the quiet evenings, the connection to nature, and how easy it was to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. The overall experience was calming, refreshing, and memorable.

The studio cabin was very cute and being inside the park was nice. The first day we arrived in June the line to enter the park was a 2 hour wait. The stores in Wawona kept us stocked with food for the week and had cute Yosemite gifts. The air conditioning worked great. You can see the river from the deck.

The area was just amazing - such a cute, warm little community with great sights within walking distance. Reaching top attractions such as Sequoia Park and the Yosemite Valley was a breeze. The house had everything one might need for short and long stays. It's a very cozy home that you won't want to leave. I really hope we will be able to return there one day!

Rustic cabin with well equipped kitchen. Fantastic fireplace we used daily. Beautiful deck and excellent bbq grill. Setting very peaceful and quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the surroundings, hearing birds and the river.

It was lovely to stay in the park, in a wooded area, not far from some of the main areas to visit. Very quiet and we saw deer and other animals close by. The cabin had all the furniture and kitchen facilities needed, lots of things provided for a lovely stay. The open fire was a great addition, and the wood pile well stocked and nearby.
