The beach villa has a great location, and this is the perfect time with beautiful weather to visit the resort in Hoi An Host is very friendly and supportive, best support team within our trip to Asia. Comfy bed, big and clean room

The rooms layout was exceptional and nicely furnished. The staff was utmost professional and alway go out of their to accommodate the guest. The management ( Brian) alway stays on top of everything and we are very appreciative of his attentiveness. We will certain consider coming back next year.

Everything was good, especially the hosts; the couple was very helpful and friendly. The hotel isn't beachfront, but it's only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seafood restaurants, beer gardens, and local food stalls, as well as convenience stores in the surrounding area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dai An Phu Villa, a small, peaceful boutique property just an easy 5-minute walk to An Bang Beach. It strikes the perfect balance — quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything. Mr. Toàn welcomed my wife and me with genuine warmth and treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived. His hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. Each morning, Ms. Hằng prepared and served a fabulous breakfast — fresh, beautifully presented, and made with care. And a special mention to Mr. Tiến, the “Chief of Security,” whose warm smile and friendly presence made us feel completely at home and well looked after throughout our stay. We stayed in Room B204, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The private balcony with seating for two was perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The bathroom was equally impressive — large, well-appointed, and featuring a soaking tub big enough for two. A rare find at this price point. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the villa’s intimate size makes it feel personal rather than commercial. Doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommend. Pro Tip: When visiting Hoi An, stay in An Bang. It offers a more relaxed, less tourist-heavy vibe than Old Town, while still providing excellent restaurants, beach bars, and easy Grab access into town when you want the lantern experience.

Very nice, well-designed rooms and very friendly hosts. We also loved the pool.

This place is absolutely amazing. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural light and lovely wooden furniture. Beds are super comfy too. Location is great, you can get anywhere you want by bicycle. The hosts are sooo friendly and helpful, I'm looking forward to visiting Hoi An soon again!

The house is roomy and well-equipped, with everything from a laundry room to full kitchen utensils. The location is very close to the beach, and since the house is right on the main road, it’s easy to find. We had a very comfortable 3-night stay here, and the homestay manager was extremely helpful and supportive.

Fantastic property, large villa with plenty of well furnished rooms, great communal space and kitchen. The host is very accomodating and provided additional services and advice for Hoi An.

Wow, I loved this hotel! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This located in the perfect location in a charming little beach town 10 minutes driving from Hoi An, and only a few steps from the beach. My room was super modern and well-designed with nice amenities and a vaulted ceiling. It had a large private terrace plus a small balcony, both of which had partial views of the ocean through the trees. A delicious breakfast was served each morning on the terrace. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cleaned the room each day. I thought this hotel was absolutely perfect and excellent value. Thank you!

It was exactly as described. It was made more enjoyable by the host, Nio was so helpful and tentative towards what we needed. By far the best stay so far for us out of the 5 we’ve already been to in the past 3 weeks. Would definitely book again if we come back to Hoi An.

We enjoyed the outdoor patio and kitchen surrounded by beautiful plants. It was very close and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. The host and assistants were so kind and helpful.

This place is amazing. A home away from home. Chic, great pool, great design, great amenities (the pool, the bathrooms, the kitchen!), and fantastic host. Truly one of the best hosts I have encountered in all my travels. Communication was clear, friendly, and so helpful. The place itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and the perfect location near the beach - while also a stones throw away to the rice fields and Old Town. Our group enjoyed our stay here so much, wish we could have stayed longer. At one point we noticed one of the rooms didn't have hot water, and they sent someone within 10 minutes (!) to resolve the issue. We also had a stressful personal situation at the airport, and without hesitation, the host texted with me and found a solution for us immediately... all with a smile on her face which really was appreciated -- I am beyond grateful for the level of professional service and hospitality. The host also set up a ride at fair price for us to and from Danang airport. Also, last minute, she was able to get us motorbikes which were quality & fairly priced. I cannot speak enough about how impressed we were with our stay. Thank you Hien! Hope to see you again soon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful yet they weren't in your face. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I liked being able to refill our drinking water as necessary. The location was perfect for our needs. There were so many great restaurants within a two minute walk and the beach was so close.

This place was amazing. 3 bedrooms (all on the second and third floor - something to notate if you can't walk up a flight of stairs) Plenty of room for my party of 7. Steps from the beach. Quiet. Linh, who checked us in and helped us whenever we had questions, was amazing and super helpful. House is clean with a drinking water filtration system (we boiled the filter water just to be sure). There are restaurants within walking distance and a paid laundry service that Linh can arrange.
