Next to Hoianoi villa is the boating restaurant which is famous for the local people with delicious seafood and local food with rice an fish soup. And around the villa, there are grocery shops, medicine shops that are very convenient for your need. It is convenient for transferring to/from old town / to the beach by electric suttle buses/taxies or bicycle.
