We had an amazing experience staying in two adjacent villas, both of which were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly delightful, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. ​Potential guests should note there is currently a construction site nearby; however, it didn't disturb our stay. My only long-term concern is that once the construction is complete, the stunning views of the Pirin Mountains may be partially obstructed for some of the villas.

This hidden gem in the Bulgarian mountains, appropriately named Asgard, offers an unforgettable escape into nature. The entire resort is built around the owner’s retirement dream of caring for horses, and that passion shines through every detail. The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible herd of horses roaming completely free across the land during the day. Watching them live naturally against a backdrop of gorgeous mountain vistas was truly magical. Every evening, the experience became even more special. The horses would gather for a refreshing bath in a pond made specifically for them before heading to the stables for food and care. The accommodations consist of beautiful chalet-apartments built by the owner himself. To top it off, his wife runs a small on-site restaurant serving farm-to-table local dishes. The people here are deeply hospitable, making the entire stay feel warm, authentic, and peaceful. Asgard is about nurturing your soul through the therapeutic presence of these beautiful and wise animals, of the majestic nature and of the really good and hard-working people who truly respect and cherish the nature. We highly recommend Asgard to anyone looking to disconnect and experience something truly unique.

Very nice location and very clean. Our room for family was very big and comfortable. We stayed on our way to Greece and it was the best choice.

Family owned and operated hotel, small and cozy, wonderful view from rooms and restaurant. Very clean, friendly and hospitable environment. Food was very good too. They waited for us to give us the keys and also for dinner, even though we arrived late. We called ahead of time to let them know.

The hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable. They picked me up from the central bus/train station in Razlog when I arrived from Sofia, and then drove me a bit out of the way to find the bus stop in Bansko to depart on a bus back to Sofia, and waited with me as the bus was late. The house is charming and perfect location, a few blocks walk to the central square where the Kukeri festivities were happening, and right next to this short trail leading upstairs to the "panoramic" view of all of Razlog. The house was very clean, well stocked with little things like espresso and cream, even olive oil for cooking if you need to, a small fridge, chocolate-- above and beyond; the views from the house were nice to and it was a very peaceful place to sleep and relax, easy to get to anything in Razlog from. I would absolutely stay here again, was a lovely place and nice hosts.
