José, the host, was very kind. He explained everything upon check-in and got us some coffee. The house is brand new, spotless, very bright with large windows and nicely furnished. The bedroom has shutters for a complete blackout, the bed and bedding is very comfortable, off street parking in front of the house. TV and WIFI worked perfectly. The area is very quiet. There is a garden, a sheltered terrasse and an outside shower. Check-out uncomplicated.

Within 22 miles of Yumbo Centrum and 23 miles of Aqualand Maspalomas, Villa Florymar a 12 minutos del aeropuerto provides free Wifi and a private beach area.

Very nice place, everything brand new and working. Spotless clean.. Spacious rooms. Big kitchen, well equipped. City close to the airport and hosts were very accommodating with late check-in and pick-up/drop-off shuttle from/to airport.

The room is tidy and clean. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, and we always got offered with suggestion for places to hike, swim, or to eat by from them. The view from the room is extrodinary (both Teide and the ocean) and during night you can see tons of start on their private yard, due to not much light pollution around.

I absolutely liked everything: the house looks great, it is clean, close to the beach, restaurants, the supermarket, and the bus stop as well. There is no problem with parking. Communication with Levi was very good, and he provided us with all the necessary information.

The accommodation is amazing! It was likely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. The house has a beautiful yard and terrace. It was such a pleasure to drink coffee outside with the view to the ocean and banana plantations. The accommodation has everything you need. The host even presented us with the bottle of local wine and sweets. The kitchen includes all the necessary equipment if you decide to cook at home. The bed was the best part - it is huge and super comfortable! The special thanks to host, the communication was always fast and effective. The host is super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone staying in Tenerife! The place is a treasure!
