Property info

Each of the 87 holiday homes, built and decorated with attention to detail, offers the spaciousness and comfort necessary to enjoy a few days of relaxation with family or friends in a unique and idyllic setting. There are five types: Classic Duplex, Classic, Deluxe Duplex, Deluxe and Ocean Front, with two or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, work area and private swimming pool in the Deluxe and Ocean Front categories, the latter being a true temple of luxury with its breathtaking ocean views. All guests staying at the Resort will be able to enjoy two wonderful infinity pools, one of them located in the upper area of the reception with a solarium with sunbeds and parasols and the other integrated within the spectacular Perchel Beach Club, facing the Atlantic. (Resort guests have free individual sunbeds from Monday to Friday subject to availability; 50% discount on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and all other categories of sunbeds. Children up to 11 years old enter free of charge without a sunbed, sharing the sunbed with an adult; one child per adult). Younger children and teenagers will find their own paradise with a paddling pool, a fun Splash Park, two playgrounds and a Teens Club with arcade machines. The active tourism proposal is the other great attraction for our guests. You will find Björn Dunkerbeck's surf centre with a wide range of water sports opportunities around the bay, a fully equipped gym with personal training sessions by Miguel Ángel Valerón and a Cycling Friendly bicycle workshop perfect for those who wish to cycle up the wonderful Arguineguín ravine. Recently, the Resort Cordial Santa Águeda & Perchel Beach Club has received the Biosphere certification for sustainable tourism, achieving benefits for the resort itself, society and the environment.

Please note that Perchel Beach Club is open daily. From Monday to Friday, guests have free access to one standard sunbed, subject to availability. On weekends and public holidays, and for other sunbed categories, guests receive a 50% discount. Children up to 11 years old enter free when sharing a sunbed with an adult, limited to one child per adult.

It is not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside the Perchel Beach Club, except for baby purees and compotes.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Miniclub "Cueva Pejín", from 12:00 to 18:00, exclusively for children aged 4 to 12 years. From July 1 to August 30, 2026. Open Wednesday to Sunday. Located at Perchel Beach Club.
