everything was very clean and well-kept, the room was bright, the swimming pool was very beautiful, the staff was very friendly. we will return other times ;)

Great location to the beach, 5-10 min walk down the 177 steps to the beach. Or couple min taxi ride 10 min walk to shopping centre

It was the perfect location, we enjoyed the walk down to the beach in the mornings, then we came back for a late lunch in our spotless apartment, then relaxed on the solarium and jacuzzi in the afternoon. We usually ate in the apartment in the evening although we did go out for 2 meals during our stay. The pool was a great size for swimming lengths and it was only ever us swimming. It really is the jewel in the crown. I have lived on the island for 20 years and regularly stay in the south when friends/family visit. I will definitely be back in July with my grandson. Thank-you it was perfect, in every way.

This hotel was recently renovated so it was beautiful! The mattress and the pillow were the best we have ever had at any hotel. They gave us good solid night sleep during our stay.

It’s way more beautiful than it seems in pictures. The views take your breath away! Loved the swimming pools and the activities. The apartments are great as well. Super big and comfortable. The beds are awesome, super clean and comfy. The closets are big. The kitchens have many utensils. The WiFi is great.

Amazing location with great view. The food was excellent. Extra helpful and friendly staff that made our day every day. Comfortable beds. Beautiful and clean pool. The room had everything you might need and the balconies had sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a supermarket in the hotel area and pharmacy, bus stop and restaurants close by, in walking distance.

Comfortable rooms. We had a pool and sea view. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We were b&b so paid for lunch in the brasserie, which was lovely. Great location...quiet! But only a 20 min walk to the lighthouse and commercial centre. Some lovely restaurants on the beach and a supermarket less than a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Pool was excellent.Resort was quiet & relaxing.Staff friendly & attentive. Would highly recomend Fortuny resort to friends & relatives for relaxing holiday location. will return to Fortuny myself when travelling to Gran Canaria in the future if available.

I could have stayed a month and never left the hotel

We stayed in one of their villa's and enjoyed every minute of our stay. A very beautiful villa, comfi beds, full kitchen, spacious living room, lovely outdoor space and heated pool. And breath-taking views every sun rise and sun set! Also, the host is super friendly and easy and fast to communicate with if you need anything.

Good location, beautiful beach nearby around 20mins walking or 5mins by shuttle bus (once a day) , quiet place, nice view on the bay. The breakfast was good and variable, except for coffee-it can be much better

Food, accomodation, value for price, beach, stuff

Great place with highly professional staff, pool, jacuzzi, small basic outdoor gym and sauna are all clean and well maintained. Queen sized bed and all amenities included, will be back here if again in Gran Canaria.

Our 5 day vacation was wonderful! Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat. Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere. Clean and tidy rooms every day. The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful. We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)
