Cold water decanters, still and sparkling, placed in the room upon our arrival. Room is modern, everything sparkling clean and new, bed and pillows the best we’ve had in Italy, breakfast included was table service, and made from locally sourced ingredients including local honey, homemade breads and yogurt,and of course the best Italian espresso. Provided in the room were olive based lotions and shampoos so you really felt pampered.

Pool is very very nice. Breakfast simple but homemade and delicious. Team very friendly with great English. It's very close to Pisa, maybe ten minutes from the old city walls, but feels like you're out in the country. We loved it and wished we could stay longer.

The place is a great mix of modern and authentic Agriturismo vibe. The facilities and room were really nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We came by car so the location was perfect - close to the town with some shops and good restaurants and Monte Argentario island. But you can also feel the nature and see beautiful views. The breakfast and coffee were also really good quality. We did't get to swimming in the pool as it wasn't as hot, but that part of the place also looked really good. Definitely would recommend!
