It’s a very spacious, modern, well maintained property with attention to details. Walking to the train station is super easy. It’s the best accommodation amongst the six places we stayed in on our Japan trip - I highly recommend it.

The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and had prepared his beautiful villa for our stay (4 people; 2 couples) immaculately. Every detail was thought of. Location was extremely easy to access (so long as you find the location of the first escalator up the island!), and is right around the corner between the entrance and exit of the 3rd escalator (so you need not necessarily take the 3rd escalator). Beautiful views from above, and amazing house for all of us to stay at with three floors. Three bedrooms with western style beds (2 twins apiece in the two upstairs bedroom); a double in the downstairs, and then a fourth bedroom downstairs with tatami mats/futons. All extremely comfortable. It was a magical location to stay in for the sunset, especially as most tourists returned to Kamakura when the sun began to set. Very close to the Cocking Garden and Sea Candle, and also close to all of the beautiful shops and alleyways walking along the way. While most of the restaurants and shops do close early, we found that Il Chianti - a great italian boutique - was right around the corner, and stayed open until about 9pm for us. The cafe below was very nice, too; and several shops to visit in the morning nearby. Very nice to wake up on the island and already be there to experience the peace and tranquility before the tourists arrive. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The location was good - close to the tourist attractions. The host was awesome - very welcoming and responsive. The host provided us some local snacks. The facilities were in great condition, and the place was quiet and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again next time!

Great location, maybe 10 minute walk to the bus station/train and lots of restaurants. 7/11 is a 1 min walk. We mostly used buses to get around. The amenities in the villa were great and loved how kid friendly they made it. Our kids loved the little toys upstairs in the loft was great to unwind after our long flight, and the little slippers in the front. They also had kid plates/cutlery which was great when we ate in the villa. The manual was super helpful too in showing us to use the laundry and water heating for bath.

Short 10 minute walk from the train station. Quiet location. We booked this for 2 people and honestly it was way more room than we knew what to do with it. Plenty of room to spread out in this home. A/C units in sleeping areas increased the overall comfort for mid-May temps. Exceptionally clean. Microwave and small fridge were appreciated. Very close to the downtown shops, eateries, and transportation (train/bus). The private onsen was a welcome luxury at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
