Our stay at Hanok Madang in Jeonju was truly wonderful. The property is set in an idyllic location, right across from a scenic river and charming bridge, which added to its tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. The hanok itself felt incredibly homey and comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were exceptionally kind and genuinely welcoming, always eager to offer helpful recommendations about the area. They went out of their way to assist us, even waking up early to help book a cab for our departure. Traveling with my teenage daughter, we both felt very welcome and completely safe throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hanok Madang to anyone visiting Jeonju for a memorable and heartwarming experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, authentic hanok stay in Jeonju I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 40 years and visit Korea from time to time to see my family. On this trip, my Japanese friend from Seattle joined me—it was her very first time in Korea. I wanted her to experience something truly authentic, and staying in Jeonju Hanok Village was at the top of my list. I chose Jahayoen Hanok Stay, and it was absolutely perfect. The hanok was originally built in 1923 and has been beautifully remodeled, so it kept all the charm while still being clean, comfortable, and modern. The owner was wonderfully attentive and personally greeted us for both check-in and check-out, which made the stay feel even more special. The location is excellent—close to everything yet peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a traditional Korean house with comfort and warmth.

The Hosts were really nice to deal with, they helped us get settled in explaining where to get groceries and find good restaurants and the attractions of the area. The position of the accommodation in the historic Jeonju Hanok Village was excellent. The apartment was clean with separate shower and toilet The kitchen had utensils and facilities to make a light meal for ourselves.

A 9-minute walk from Omokdae and Imokdae in Jeonju, Spring Night features accommodations with access to a hot tub. Guests staying at this villa have access to a terrace.

Traditional but with some beds. Beautiful inside and outside. Laundry facilities. Staff/owner was wonderful and helpful. My family loved her.

Very clean and everything was very well designed. The hot tub was amazing to relax in. The location is also perfect right in the middle of the hanok village. The host was also very responsive and respectful.
