The Hideaway is in an amazing location in the middle of the jungle. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony looking at the birds and wildlife. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing, with lots of ingredients picked fresh from their garden. The pool is a treat as well.

We stayed here for one night with a group of friends and had a really great experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly the same as shown in the listing, which was very reassuring. The views were stunning and the whole place had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also really tasty and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great place for a short getaway.

What an amazing place to recharge and spend a few days surrounded by nature and lovely people. The garden is quite a sight you'd never see elsewhere else, so many plants, flowers and birds all around you. The food also deservers a special mention, all locally sources and cooked with passion. Hope to come back and spend more time to fully embrace the tropical vibe this place is known for.

It’s not only a wonderful place, but above all, truly kind and warm-hearted people! This was our first night in Sri Lanka after our flight was delayed by 24 hours, and we couldn’t have found a better spot! Perfect place to rest and unwind. Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We didn't get to stay at Lucky's place because of an issue with the water. But Lucky provided alternative accommodation and together with his wife made sure we were comfortable, well fed and arranged transport for us when we needed any. These people are absolute gems and the best hosts we ever had.
