The villa was simply wonderful It has most likely the best view in all of Koh Tao, overlooking the incredible Shark Bay Tom the host is super friendly, and helps with absolutely anything you would need. The entire staff is super kind, and also speaks great English so it’s easy to understand and communicate with everyone. Hon the Taxi Driver is super nice and fun, we had such a blast driving with him throughout the day and exploring the island. This is a must stay if you arrive to Koh Tao!

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very accomodating. They gave us a thorough run down of the villa in person upon arrival, talking us through how to order food from local restaurants for delivery, snorkel rentals, beaches in the area, and how to communicate with a driver. They went above and beyond and this villa was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Worth every penny.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Staff is amazing and helpful, helped us organize everything throughout the week, drove our silly asses up and down the hill whenever we needed to go anywhere. Pool was lovely.

This villa is huge and it was either just built or just renovated because it looks brand new, I think we may have been the first guests in the house. The house is literally built on top of boulders on the side of a hill and has amazing views of the ocean and rest of the island. The bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor and the living room, terrace, and pool is on the 3rd floor. Being on the terrace feels like you’re on top of the world because you have 180 degree views of the island and you’re basically on top of a cliff. There are other houses on the hill but the terrace and pool is completely private which is nice. The house is a 3 minute scooter ride from the beach and the pier where the ferries arrive. We walked to the beach once and it wasn’t too bad. The last bit of the road getting up to the villa is steep, we didn’t have a problem but if you’re not a good scooter rider you might have to park and walk the last 100 ft. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but it’s not as lively as Sairee beach. Overall 10/10 if you want a new huge house with views and convenience to the ferry/downtown.
