Absolutely everything. This is one of the prettiest places I’ve stayed. The cottages/bungalows are so charming with exquisite woodwork. It’s nestled among rice fields and easy bike ride to the Sukhothai historical park. The owners offer free bikes. They took such good care of our dietary needs, vegan and other restrictions. The place was so beautiful that we spent almost an entire day lounging on the porch of our bungalow. It has rocking chair, a divan to lie on, swing etc. The dad picked us up from bus stop and dropped us off too. I can’t recommend them enough

Beautiful homestay tucked away in the mountains. The backdrop from the restaurant area was truly special! The rooms were a great size and had everything you need. We really enjoyed having dinner on the property and watching the sun go down over the rice fields.

What’s not to like, it’s paradise, so incredibly beautiful and peaceful!! And Mr Kowit is such a great host. The food was plentiful and delicious.

The view from the room was the nicest view we've ever had when going on holiday. The room was clean and spacious and made for a perfect place to chill during our 3 night stay. The owners are also super lovely, we love the fact it is locally owned. They are based out of town so a scooter is required. But they offer a super cheap shuttle service to the main town which is very convenient. The swimming pool is also really nice. Should we ever visit Pai again, we agreed we'd stay here again.

Really liked the place! Ended up staying for almost a month. It’s close to the main attractions in Pai but still quiet and beautiful. The view is amazing, the property is new and very clean and the staff were really kind and even baked my banana bread ♥️♥️
