The staff at reception was really swift and consistently friendly! The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! Apart from the great accommodation and adequate breakfast provisions the manager was amazing. I accidently did some significant damage (broken window) and she was so understanding. We agreed a $ for compensation and everyone was happy :-)

As a returning visitor I always appreciate the location - close to family + friends + consequently everything very familiar to me. It is centrally located + very easy to get to the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I like the way the apartments are setup for independent living which is great for an extended stay.
