The bed was comfortable. Fridge and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was large and featured a proper shower and a bidet. Shampoo and soap were provided. Everything was clean and tidy. Balcony was good. Overall very good (above average) for this price in Burgas. I would have loved to stay a couple of nights longer. Receptionists were friendly and polite.

The Hotel Burgas is located only 164 feet from the Main Train Station in the heart of the city. It offers parking. Maid service is provided twice a day.

We are regulars, but lately there has been a decline. Now we are pleasantly surprised by the significant update in the quality of service, the food and most importantly in the spa facility cleanness (the salt pool). Of course there's still a need for improvement in general maintenance, but overall much much better.

Festa Via Pontica is located in Pomorie, 9.3 mi north of Bourgas International Airport and 11 mi from Sunny Beach. It features an exclusive relax center and winery.

Nice territory with 3 pools, spa. The hotel is near the sea. No loud events. Thanks to receptionist Felina for assistance and a tour around the hotel.
