Wow what a location! The terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore is stunning, we spent our evenings and mornings here relishing in the views! The room was nice and clean and provides all you need for a comfortable stay. They also provide bikes and transport cards.

We had a wonderful experience sitting by the open window in our room overlooking the street filled with bustling people. The Risotto Fest was amazingly fun and delicious. We loved visiting with the locals at the tables. Great location just minutes away from the Plaza and to the train.

Good location in the city close to the piazza Grande. Parking availability a great benefit. Good variety of breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and confirmed the reservation with us on the day of check-in. The hotel is close to the train station, though one needs to walk uphill. The room was clean and spacious, and equipped with large wardrobe, slippers, and the view was great. On the day of check-out we were able to leave the luggage at the front desk to explore the city.

Very close to railway station and convenient. Room is bright, spacious and comfortable with high ceiling. Breakfast is good.
