Hotel is a bit far from the city center but a single tram can take you there. If you have Zurich card then it is quite cost effective. The parking is underground. The hotel staff was very kind, and allowed us an extremely early check-in at 9 am because our flight arrived in the morning. This was very considerate of them.

Street level parking right outside the hotel. Can't tell how important it is when you can't use underground ones. I'm also glad you're able to have breakfast at the terrace together with your family, four-legged members included.

I am a Marriott member and was very happy to get an early check in and upgrade from a friendly and competent front desk team member.

A nice hidden gem in Zürich with a great location to explore the city! We had an awesome room, which was a great size by European standards. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very easy to find and self check in. They send code. This code you use for opening your room. It’s comfortable but if you forget your phone inside and don’t remember this code… I don’t know how you come in. Location is quiet convenient, not far from Hauptbahnhof(around 15 minutes walk), not far from city centre. Appartment was clean and well equipped : mini fridge, kettle, electric stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid and sponge. Everything what you need. Towels, shampoo, shower gel. Only disposable slippers, toothbrush and comb they didn’t give. Bed was comfortable, pillows too. But I was alone and I could use 2 pillows (because each one was thin but together they were comfortable). I don’t know maybe if you are 2 you can ask extra pillows. WiFi worked good.

It was nice, near the center, and accessable

The staff was very helpful and kind - our room was on the ground floor and they offered to switch us upstairs in case we found it too noisy. There was free water, coffee, tea in the room and also in the reception area. The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options including lactose free milk and yoghurts, local breads, and lots of fresh fruit and vegetable options. The hotel is close to a train station and there is a tram line going into the city center located within 5 minute walk.

It was centrally located and made the commute was easy. For the most part, it was nice and cozy for me. Room was the Ground Floor so it was easy on my knees going up the stairs. The tub was spacious and had a big window! The heater that was set made feel even more cozy and comfortable after hours of being outside in the Swiss Alps! It was equipped with all the essentials so all I had to do was a little grocery shopping.

Great location. We took the tram from the airport and it only took two stops to arrive at the hotel.

It is exccelent location. just 30 minutes from airoport and 5 minutes to the center by the tram. Staff is very friendly. We would recomend this place for everyone.
