The front desk personnel, Dadeo, was the best. He would go over & above his call to make us comfortable and enjoy Pontresina

We loved the spa area, it is small but definitely enough to relax after a day of hiking. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a beautiful view on the mountains around. The staff is nice and very helpful, and the food at the restaurant is *chef's kiss*

Super comfortable, well equipped apartment, centrally located in Pontresina (we just went out every morning for a walk to be greeted by the ibex in the Steinbock Promenade!)

We liked the view. Especialy the view from the huge common balcony. The view is amaysing. Very unique. We liked very much the hotels yard, wich is very big and includes open swimmingpool, trails, trampolin, different sitting areas. I liked the indoor swimming pool which is big, clean and also has streams. The rooms are very nice snd spacious, but you have to be very careful about the room you get!!! We got a room in the basement, which was terrible. It looked like a room in a youth hostel. After complaining they moved us (in the day after) to a very nice room.

An excellent stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were attentive and professional. The room size was generous, clean, and comfortable. Room service and dining options were of high quality with good variety. Breakfast was included and very well presented. The accommodation standards and hospitality created a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, everything was well managed and the stay was very enjoyable.
