It is clean, they have restaurant, rooms are very comfortable. There is always a person in the front desk and they are very friendly. Food is fresh. We had a room with a terraza looking at the park.

Extremely clean and comfortable. I booked a family room and we had 2 rooms with two bathrooms, connected by a hallway. We arrived late and they managed to serve us a dinner. Absolutely suggested.

Lovely historic house but modern features The owner was very hospitable and welcoming. Such a massive house/hotel. River and lovely scenery nearby. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Superb staff, fantastic room - super spacious and awesome breakfast. We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.
