We attended the tour of the hotel, even the it was conducted in German and we are English speakers. We enjoyed it none the less.

I really like the building design and the hotel is within the art installation.
Location was on the main road across the city with trams running past the hotel. Great location and just outside the main shopping and dining area so it is quiet
Near to all the historical buildings eg cathedral and river crossings.
Only a few minutes away by foot to the main station.
