Very polite staff at the reception. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Very flexible staff. Our three bed room was upgraded free of charge to two double bed rooms because there was no availability for a third bed.

The location was perfect, a few minutes of strolling to Römerberg. Parking was available on the spot for a fee (€26). The breakfast was amazing, a wide variety from fresh fruits to different kind of eggs, baked goods and cheese. The stuff was exceptionally friendly and supportive.

Hotel was awesome. 🤍 The room was clean and so comfortable. The hotel’s location was great, you can get to the Old Town by walking through beautiful streets. 😊 One of the advantages is early check-in from 10:00 am and staff is very nice and want to be helpful anyway. 🤍 You will not regret choosing this hotel😉
