Very nice place. Good location. 10-20 minutes walking to the old towm. Very good breakfest. we were travelling with our dog - special gift for him.

quick bus connection to the historic district. plenty of parking. vending machine for snacks and coffee.

Luxury property in heart of tourist area of old town. Excellent customer service in hotel and bar. Breakfast was delicious- extensive buffet plus made to order eggs and coffees.

The location is right in the heart of the Old Town section of Regensburg. It is 1/2 block to the Christmas Market and Two Blocks from The Dom Cathedral. The Stone Bridge is very close and on the other side is an old Brewery. Even the Train Station is nearby. Take the “Town Tour Train” that stops in front of the church to get a quick overview of the Old Town. Very walkable area of town. Many antique stores, food, coffee shops. Next to the hotel is a Danish Pastry shop with very unique sweets. Our favorite was the Salted Caramel Walnut. The hotel is built on 700+ year old foundations and during renovations they found a Cat placed into the wall for Good Luck in 1425. The have him in the same wall location behind a glass panel, so you can say hello. Rooms are very modern and there is an elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast and coffee was very good each morning. Most guests were on holiday from the local Bavarian Region. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We attended a Christmas Eve Mass at the Cathedral and the Choir and Pipe Organ sounded wonderful as they sang Silent Night in German of course. The Mass and the ceremony were also in German, but as a Roman Catholic I knew all the places where you sit, stand, knell and respond to the Priest. Very special to see a 700 year old cathedral used for worship and not used an attraction. 1/3 of the people were tourists, but most people were there to worship on Christmas Eve, which is when the Christmas Angel comes to put up the Tree, Decorations, Sweets and Gifts. Many people sang the hymns and it was standing room only.

The location is perfect, the price is affordable, the room was clean and the staff amazing. Love the little cokolates they left in the room after cleaning.

Personalized breakfast and the very nicely renovated rooms inside the 800 year old hotel/building. All very clean and well maintained.

Comfortably arranged apartment, walking distance to the University, and a major bus stop. Good grocery store 15 min leisurely walk away. Quiet, despite being just above a restaurant. I particularly appreciate the large table/desk and comfortable work chair. Communication with the Host quick and straightforward.
